Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes carry a $49.99 MSRP, so $69.00 is above it. We would normally be sceptical of that, and we say so often enough that it would be strange not to say it here.
We're flagging this one anyway, and it's worth being clear about why: this set has been genuinely difficult to buy at retail for a long time, and a first-party Walmart listing is a different proposition from the same box on the secondary market. That is a judgement call about a scarce product at a fair street price, not a change in what we think MSRP means.
If $69 is more than you want to pay for an ETB, that is a completely reasonable place to land. Skipping a drawing costs you nothing.
