Creator Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These terms cover the bujusjujus creator affiliate program only. They are separate from, and additional to, the Terms of Service that apply to everyone who uses bujusjujus.

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between you (the "Creator") and bujusjujus LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("bujusjujus," "we," "us"). You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship, and you may not present yourself as speaking for bujusjujus or as an employee of it.

2. Your referral code and link

We issue you a unique referral code and a link in the form bujusjujus.com/a/YOURCODE. A person who subscribes after using your code or link is a "Referred Subscriber."

Attribution is first-touch and permanent: whoever refers a subscriber first keeps the credit for as long as that subscriber stays active, and a later code does not move it. Referral credit is recorded by our systems, and our records are what determine commission.

3. What your audience gets

Your code gives a new subscriber their first month free on a monthly web subscription. The offer is for first-time subscribers only. It does not apply to anyone who has subscribed to bujusjujus before, and it does not apply to annual plans. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time, and we will tell you before we do.

4. Commission

You earn a recurring commission of 25% for as long as each Referred Subscriber keeps paying, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing.

Commission is calculated on the net amount we actually receive for that subscription — that is, after any app-store commission is deducted, and after any discount. Two consequences follow directly from that, and we would rather state them plainly than have them come as a surprise:

  • The free first month generates no revenue, so it earns no commission. Your first commission on a referral is on their second month.
  • Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play pay us roughly 85% of the sticker price, so commission on those is calculated on that smaller amount.

5. When you get paid

Commission is held for 30 days after the payment it relates to, then becomes payable. We pay out monthly by PayPal or Venmo, to the address or handle you give us. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank account or card details.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the commission on it is reversed too. If you have already been paid for it, we may offset that amount against your next payout.

6. Tax paperwork

We require a completed Form W-9 before your first payout. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required to issue you a Form 1099-NEC. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. If you are not a US person, contact us before joining — we may not be able to pay you.

7. Disclosure is required, not optional

US Federal Trade Commission rules require you to clearly disclose that you have a paid relationship with us. On every post, video, story, stream, or message where you promote bujusjujus, you must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure — for example #ad — placed where a viewer will actually see it, not buried in a description, a hashtag block, or behind a "more" link.

This is the one rule we will end the relationship over without warning. Undisclosed promotion creates legal exposure for you and for us.

8. How you may and may not promote us

Be honest about what the service does. Do not promise restocks, guarantee that anyone will secure a product, or claim we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any retailer. We are not.

You may not:

  • bid on "bujusjujus" or close variants in paid search, or run paid ads that appear to be from us;
  • post your code to coupon, deal-aggregator, or cashback sites;
  • send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or post where self-promotion is against the venue's rules;
  • use your own code, or arrange for someone to use it on your behalf, to subscribe yourself;
  • register domains, accounts, or handles that could be mistaken for ours.

Self-referrals and referrals we reasonably believe to be fraudulent earn no commission and may end your participation.

9. Our brand

While you are in the program you may use our name and logo to promote us, as supplied and without altering them. That permission ends when your participation does. You keep ownership of your own content, and you grant us permission to reshare posts you make about us on our own channels, with credit.

10. Ending it

Either of us may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, by telling the other. If you leave, or we pause or remove you, your code stops working and no further commission accrues.

Commission you have already properly earned before the end date will still be paid on the normal schedule, provided your W-9 is on file — unless we ended it because of fraud or a breach of section 7 or 8, in which case unpaid commission may be forfeited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your commission rate or how you get paid, we will tell you in advance, and it will not apply retroactively to commission already earned. Continuing to promote us after a change means you accept it.

12. Liability and governing law

The program is provided as is. We do not promise any particular level of earnings, traffic, or conversion. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with this program is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
